Tokenisation Beyond the Pilot: Moving Real-World Assets from Sandbox to Production
Panel
RWA tokenisation has cleared the proof-of-concept stage. The real challenge now is production. This session unpacks what it actually takes to scale: how regulated institutions structure compliant issuance and custody, how tokenised assets move across chains without fragmenting liquidity, and what infrastructure banks and brokers need to go live at institutional volume. Attendees leave with a concrete view of the gap between pilot and production, and how leading players are closing it.

Stablecoins for Euro Payments: Private Rails and the Road to Adoption
Panel
Euro stablecoins are multiplying under MiCA, even as the ECB warns that private euro tokens could drain deposits out of the banking system faster than a digital euro can compensate. This session tracks the private payment rails built despite that tension: whether MiCA is clearing the path for EUR stablecoins or mainly adding compliance weight, whether seven-plus competing issuers are fragmenting liquidity, and what it actually takes to make issuing one a viable business. Attendees leave with a clearer read on which private euro rails are built to last.

From Raw Data to Trading Signal: How AI Is Changing Market Access
Panel
AI now touches every link in the market data chain: from verified real-time feeds to the models that turn raw data into tradeable signals and regime calls. This session follows that pipeline from data to decision, weighing whether AI gives traders a genuine edge or just levels the playing field for everyone, and whether wider AI-powered retail access calms markets or adds to the volatility. Attendees leave with a clearer read on where the real edge lives in an AI-driven market.

WHY NOW?
2026 is the year institutional blockchain finance moves from thesis to infrastructure. MiCA is now fully in force across the EU, establishing a unified regulatory framework. Stablecoins have surpassed $300B in circulation and processed over $33T in annual transaction volume. Real-world asset tokenization has grown more than 2,400% since 2024. The world’s largest asset managers, from BlackRock to Franklin Templeton, are actively building onchain.
The question is no longer if. It is how, with whom, and under what rules.
F3 is where those questions get answered.

WHY SOFIA?
Sofia sits at the intersection of regulation, cost efficiency, and technical talent within the European Union.
Active MiCA implementation with direct engagement from regulators
Cost-efficient path to obtaining a MiCA CASP license in the EU
High crypto adoption paired with a favourable regulatory and tax environment
Over 200,000 software engineers and a growing fintech ecosystem
Part of Blockchain Week Bulgaria, co-located with ETHSofia for builders and full-stack access when you need it.

WHAT IS F3?
F3 is an institutional forum bringing together the capital, compliance, and policy sides of the same conversation.
300 curated attendees, not 3,000 badge holders.
One focused track, no parallel sessions, no vendor pitches.
Banks, fintechs, regulators, and asset allocators in the same room.

The challenge for regulators: How do you supervise markets that never close, assets that are infinitely divisible, and participants that are not human?
The challenge for institutions: How do you deploy onchain without compromising on compliance, custody, and counterparty risk?
The challenge for fintechs: How do you build the infrastructure that makes all of this work at scale?
