All participants, attendees, sponsors, speakers, media representatives, volunteers, and any other individuals present at or associated with Blockchain Week Bulgaria events ("Participants") are expected to uphold the following standards. These standards apply at the event venue, in all event-related communications, and in any public statements or materials made in connection with Blockchain Week Bulgaria.
4.1 General Conduct
Participants shall treat all individuals with respect and professionalism, refrain from harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behavior, respect the space, property, and privacy of others, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations at all times.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is explicitly prohibited:
Harassment of any kind, including verbal, physical, or digital
Hate speech or discriminatory conduct targeting individuals or groups
Promotion of illegal activities, products, or services
Unauthorized promotional activity, as further defined in Section 5
4.3 Sponsor and Partner Conduct
In addition to the general standards above, sponsors and official partners shall not:
Make public statements — in any medium — that are factually false or materially damaging to the reputation of Blockchain Week Bulgaria or The BitHope Foundation
Misrepresent their sponsorship tier, scope, or relationship with The BitHope Foundation in any public or commercial communication
Conduct promotional or commercial activity beyond the scope explicitly defined in their sponsorship agreement
Demand or receive event services, branding placements, or benefits of any kind while in breach of their payment obligations under their sponsorship agreement
Associate the Blockchain Week Bulgaria brand with any entity, product, or individual subject to EU, UN, or OFAC sanctions, or under active investigation for financial fraud or market manipulation
4.4 Enforcement
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the event venue, revocation of access credentials, termination of the applicable sponsorship or partnership agreement in accordance with its terms, and being barred from future events organized by The BitHope Foundation. The BitHope Foundation reserves the right to involve venue security or law enforcement where necessary. Determinations of violations will be made in good faith by The BitHope Foundation based on the specific prohibited conduct enumerated above.

5. Event Promotional Activity Policy
Blockchain Week Bulgaria is a curated event experience. To protect the integrity of the event and the experience of all attendees, the following rules apply to all individuals present at the venue, regardless of how their access was obtained (including tickets provided by sponsors, partners, or third parties):
5.1 Only official partners of Blockchain Week Bulgaria — including sponsors, media partners, and community partners listed on www.blockchainweek.bg — are permitted to conduct promotional activities at or in connection with the event.
5.2 Promotional activities include, but are not limited to: distributing branded materials, operating a booth or branded space, running activations or campaigns, collecting leads on behalf of a brand, or any organized effort to market a product, service, or company to attendees.
5.3 Sponsors are permitted to promote only the entity named in their sponsorship agreement. Promotional activity conducted on behalf of any other brand, product, or company — including companies affiliated with or represented by the sponsor's team — is not permitted unless separately agreed in writing with The Bithope Foundation.
5.4 Any promotional activity not explicitly approved in advance by The Bithope Foundation is prohibited. Approval must be obtained in writing prior to the event.
5.5 Individuals or groups found to be conducting unauthorized promotional activity will be asked to cease immediately. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue. The Bithope Foundation reserves the right to remove any individual from the event premises without refund in such cases.
